Velvet Rose Pencil Skirt

What a beautiful skirt! This lovely skirt is made of a stretch velvet. It can be made any size XS-3XL. I have a L premade with the measurements below. Or I can make it custom sized for you! If you need a custom pattern, there will be a one time $10 pattern fee added to your invoice. Normal length is 26” but can be made up to 31” in length without extra charge. Can be made with yoga waistband or elastic waistband.
